Rates
Individual and Family sessions: $190 per 50-minute session
Group sessions: $90 per 90-minute session
Insurance
I am not currently accepting insurance. I am a fee-for-service provider and all clients will be expected to pay for sessions on the day of service. I am happy to provide a monthly invoice of fees and payment for clients to take back to their insurance provider for possible reimbursement. Out of network services may be covered in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have out of network mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the out of network coverage amount per therapy session?
Reduced Fee
I have three sliding scale (reduced fee) sessions in my schedule. These can be requested by a patient and are subject to availability.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
